Multillon Global Limited is in the final negotiation stage to develop a $1 Billion project AUSTRALIAN MULTILLON GLOBAL TRADE CITY, with a total investment of $400 million, focusing on interfacing the worldwide especially on People's Republic of China into Australia . AUSTRALIAN MULTILLON GLOBAL TRADE CITY will be located in Sydney . The overall project will include a 7,000 sq. m. 365 day per year Trade/ Exhibition Centre, 3,000sq.m Commercial Trading Centre, 1,000sq.m Information Centre, 800sq.m 250 seats Cafeteria, 2,000sq.m 500 seats 6 Star Chinese Restaurant, with public car park facility, over 800 multifunction shops (function showrooms, retail shops,) a total area of 15,000sq.m of four 10 floors Commercial Office Building and another total area of 15,000sqm of four 10 floors Residential Towers. Fully functional 6-Star Club Multillon Global will be located from the 1st – 6th floors in one of the commercial office buildings, and the club will offer Restaurants of many cuisines, Karaoke, Night Clubs, Ball Rooms, Bars, Gymnasiums, International Standard Swimming Pools, Spa and Massage Centres, Large Meeting Centres, Banquet Halls, Digital Cinemas, and a small Opera House. The entire complex will be landscaped with extensively water view and several floating Reception Venues will be resided.
